  1. No one is wanting or begging for game hints or that Bioware hand hold people through the game. They are asking for Customer Support to actually provide support to a costumer when a problem arises. No one has said, "I wantz free stuff." However when there is a problem we a game mechanic, billing issue, account issue, hole in the environment, bug in the code, It would be nice for the CS to actually provide some support. Yes the can not immediately fix a bug in the software but they can be there to assist the paying customer on things that can be fixed. Example: If a boss throws you into a wall and you get stuck and /stuck does not work, CS should be able to move you from the wall. You should not get a message an canned robotic message that they understand your pain and then get told to log off and go play another character. Also there lack of community involvement on their own forums increases the appearance that there is a major disconnect in the CS department.
  2. I completely agree with the OP. The CS provided in this game is terrible. /signed
  3. Bioware is starting to remind me of Bill Clinton. Now are they arguing as to what the definition of next means? They said "next week" on Friday. That implies that it will come out the on the next Sunday to Saturday weekly cycle, which we are currently in. Now SReid is telling people that we will find out next week? I enjoy this game alot, but Bioware needs to get their act together or people are going to get tired about the games they are playing.
  4. With all the high lvl legacy levels I am sure whenever the get around to adding it to the game those levels are going to be useless. Probably gonna need lvl 120 to get the first legacy bonus.
  5. I am guessing that the only way to get BW to listen would be to take it to other websites. The only thing that seems to work is bad publicity.
  6. yes they are on the launcher, and the site but if the forums are supposed to be the place to get SWTOR info it should be posted clearly on the forums. It should also be listed in the Dev tracker. Posting it on the website does not show on the dev tracker.
  7. touche. valid point. I just have a big problem with the lack of "interaction" that BW has with the playerbase. An average of less than 2 posts per day is very lacking.
  8. guess the devs went home for the night. The lack of response to this is amazing.
  9. When you patch the system, why can't you just post the FINAL Patch notes in the general forum? It is not that hard.
  10. I really don't think BW's Devs have a clue what the masses want. Every single change on this issue is worse than the previous. If the current dev crew can not fix it, they need to bring in someone that can. Hell this just goes with my overall belief that BWs Customer Service group has failed this game miserably. Go look at the dev tracker. There have been a total of 3 dev posts since 2/3/2012. 3 posts in 4 days. Hell they can't even be bothered to post a link to the patch notes. You have to go to the installer to get the link.
  11. they only time they seem to acknowledge things is when someone calls them out on twitter. Some one go ***** to Reid and such on their damned twitter feed.
  12. hell easiest way is to just put a countdown on the icon. it is not that flipping hard.
  13. There needs to be more CS/Dev involvement on your official boards. You just pushed a patch yet a dev has not even bothered to post the patch notes to the boards. It is currently 01.31.2012 11:27 AM (CST) currently, the last dev post was on 01.30.2012 06:58 PM. Really? There are several days in your dev tracker that have 0 posts for a full day by devs/cs. In a game that is have several issues you would think that BW would be more open and listening/discussing issues with its players.
  14. Please fix this. ASAP. I don't see why you had to change things in 1.1 The new version is just a mess.
