Since most PvP here is WZs I don't see how population imbalances would effect win loss ratios that much. Unless the imbalances is so bad that it takes just so long to cue that the other side plays more. I have seen the opposite happen though too. If a PvP guild or premade in TOR were at such a population imbalance it would only help them. Their cue times would be almost nothing and could all be together every time. They could easily win 40+ out of 50 matches no mater who they were against.

If every class is supposed to have the same DPS then why did they put in pure DPS classes? You know the ones that can't do anything but DPS. No choice to tank. No heals. Wouldn't it seem odd if a tank class and a healing class could do just as much DPS as the DPS class? Oh wait....

There aren't any 5 star generals. There haven't been since just after WW2. And even if there were some, they would be old men. But the point you are trying to make has flaws as well. A well placed IED or well thrown grenade by some kid herding sheep 2 weeks ago could/has killed many of the best special operatives in the world. So fights in real life do happen just like that all over the world every day.

I would feel a little bad for the glow stickers if I got to hold up my riffle and block crap without trying. But believe me when I tell you that it is annoying. And knockbacks are a problem for everyone. There is way to much CC in this game.

Depends on the situation. If you are being mobile it's Corrosive Dart-->Corrosive Grenade-->Weakening Blast-->Cull. It won't kill anyone just with that so you will have to go though the rotation minus Weakening Blast more than 2 times if they are full. Try to be a finisher not a starter. If you see anyone less than 40% that rotation will kill them without heals or purge. Better situation is to Ambush-->Snipe--Series of Shots-->Corrosive Dart-->Corrosive Grenade-->Weakening Blast-->Cull-->Takedown. This should kill anything not getting focused healing. It is ALWAYS better that attack people hurt than full. Snipers have burst damage no matter how they spec. You burst on someone and take them to 50%. Great they just LOS you and get away. And remember that IA CC breaks on damage. Mezzing a dotted person is just a wasted mez. Oh and leathality is just fine in PvE too.

Are 3 out of 4 base classes per faction that can stealth to many? Just seems odd that so much of it is available.

There should be an immunity timer on CC. You get hit by a root can't be rooted for x secs. Mez and can't be mezed for x secs. Stun can't be stunned for x secs. It would work just fine. I would add KBs and pulls/throws to the list too.

I would rather they ban people in Huttball who are actively trying to help the other team win. Like grabbing the ball and running back to their own goal to get kill close to it and let the other team score. But sure ban me for quitting games when this happens.

I have been wondering why healers get free healing for throwing bubbles around on people yet Snipers/BS get jack for Ballistic Shield. So I would rather healers get no healing credit for bubbles or Snipers/GS get credit for Ballistic Shield.

Snipers/GSs are squishy but not as much as you think. Can they take anything toe to toe? No and they weren't designed to do so. Do they have the highest single target DPS in the game? On paper yes. In reality no. Bubbles and some crazy high deflects at the worst times take care of that. So what do you do? Stay with the herd of Sages on your team. Use your AoEs and busts on anyone that's less than 40% health. Priority the other teams casters. AoE mez them and focus on something else. When melee gets on you, use your knock back and mez them when they come back. When they trinket that and come back, stand up and stun them and kite away or to your team. Don't forget to use you interrupt on their casters. And lastly you are level 50 now I presume. That means you don't need to level anymore. Try looking into your other 2 trees. Both are 1000s times better in PvP.

You would not have made this post other wise. The Sage/Sorcerer class is by far not the most broken class that is out there now. Are they good at PvP? Yes. Are they by far the easiest class to get good at? Yes. Do they have a perception of being OP by the majority of players that don't play one? Yes. Will this end up making them FOTM? DUH. Will being a FOTM class get them even more whines thus causing them to be even more FOTM? A classic snowball effect. Will this get them nerfed? Likely. And I wish you luck with your "you just suck" Anti-Nerf campaign. It has worked so well for everyone else who tried it over the years.

I would say that you aren't good because you think a BM geared sorc aren't that good in PvP. I would say you are in fact a moron. Are they OP? not really. Are they the easiest class in the game to play? maybe. Is that why so many button monkeys including the OP play one. You bet your ***.

Maybe. I have played both sides and the mirror classes do the same damage. The only thing that changes is gear. Maybe you just keep running into premades all day. It happens to all of us. Once you get full champion gear you will be harder to take down.

You can always just buy the speeders now. Besides we can't get the BM bags as rewards till we are BMs. That's the same thing.
