Not that difficult to do one would asume, and yet... There are not many studios in general who are giving a real mmorpg a try these days. And we can see what happens at Amazon, when you got an almost unlimited amount of money behind you, but no one who got any experience in making an mmorpg. The same what happened with this game basically. The best you can expect is a good start (if you release the game finished, not like they did with SWTOR). But when you don't got a concept for the future after release you lose your players and your game either dies or becomes a vessel for your cash shop (what happened to SWTOR). Sad thing is even the ressurection/remake of Star Wars Galaxies wouldn't work, because Sony is now Daybreak Game Company and thats a turd as worse as EAoware and Zenimax together. Long story short: I would love to see a new SW mmo, but who should make it? Best thing we can hope for is the Ubisoft SW game thats in the making i am afraid.

There are countless threads about this piss poor animation. It looks like a 14 years old intern had made it on a coffee break. Everytime i come back after a year to play the new content for 2 days i remember why i didn't liked to play my Juggernaut anymore. This retarted bunny-hop and the softcore-**** moaning in battles. But then again, its nothing new that this game is kept only just alive to be able to milk the cartel market since years.

After all that is gone now, if they REALLY take away our old crew from us, they can finally **** themselves. What brought me back every few months was the empire-atmosphere (which they took away forever), to travel all the star-wars-planets to enjoy the landscapes (what they destroyed through the retarded level-adjustment) and to stroll around with some crewmembers of my 8 imperial Chars. Maybe it would be a good thing if they are that insolent to arbitrary took away everything. I could quit this ******** without any gaze back, for there would be nothing left. I diminish my expectations with every new expansion, but there is a limit of how much disturbance a player can take.

They had ONE really authentic and well made imperial NPC and they killed him in the first few minutes. I knew they are stupid, but didn't thought they are THAT stupid. Das wir einem allerdings wiederum durch die allmähliche Gleichmachung von Klassenmechaniken mit der Zeit erleichtert. Also gleicht sich alles irgendwann aus... irgendwie...

I can choose if my cooldowns are blinking, flashing or blushing slowly, fast or not at all, but i have to listen to my Juggernaut how he is doing things, that sound suspiciously like the acting in a game with a M for mature rating. Just unbind it from the general FX-Sound, so i don't have to turn off every battlesound to get rid of this bollocks. I don't ask to record the sound again (albeit it would have been nice not to take a ****-actor for the Jugg) or other wild and difficult tasks... Sell it in your f....fabulous cash-shop. 1000 cartel points, i buy it.

The Sith Warrior (at least as Jugg) is still sounding as if he get raped by a rancor when he is fighting. I guess someone of the devs IS playing ONLY the Juggernaut, and got some weired fetish i don't want to know more about. Came back after some time, played my Mercenary the last few levels to 60 ... then switched to my old main, the Juggernaut. Seriously, if i want to listen ot the sounds of a copulation, i know where i can get some stuff of this kind. Besonders viele MMOs mit einem Hybrid-Bezahlsystem scheinst Du noch nicht gesehen zu haben. In jedem, dass nicht von vorne herein als "ftp" gedacht war, gibt es den Status "FTP", "Premium/sub/whatever" und, eigentlich nur um die Premiumspieler die ihr Abo auslaufen lassen nicht ans Bein zu pinkeln, einen Status dazwischen. Also einen, bei dem einem nicht der Inhalt weggesenst wird, den man sich mit premium erspielt hat. Selbstverständlich ist der FTP Status so eingeschränkt wie nur möglich. Und genau diese Dinge, Chat, Handel, AH bzw galaktischer Markt, anzahl Credits, Taschen, Lager, etc, sind auf ein spielbares Minimum reduziert. Und genauso soll es auch sein. Das sollte jedem, der einen Funken Verstand hat genauso klar sein wie die Gründe dafür.

Ich habe nach einer Pause meinen Account wieder aktiviert, nach wie vor stehen dort 4 50er und ein paar kleine Chars herum. Jede AC der Imperialen Seite (nein, ich möchte immer noch kein Deppen-Dual-AC-Müll, es ist gut so wie es ist), möchte ich einen Rep-Chars spielen kann ich also auf einem anderen Server neu anfangen? Ich kann nichtmal zusätzliche Slots KAUFEN? Aber hey, nur eine Unsäglichkeit in der inzwischen unendlich langen Liste. Spielen wir es einfach solange wir noch können

Auch etwas zum Thema oder nur mimimimi? Immer das gleiche mit den Foren-Sissys. Zum Thema selbst gibt es eigentlich nur zu sagen, dass ich nicht so ganz verstehe, warum BW vorher so einen TamTam um die Rüstungen gemacht hat. Farbe aufs Brustteil anpassbar, dann kurz vor Release doch nicht, keine Zierslots, etc. Zierslots wären nach wie vor und mehr denn je ganz doll, dann könnte man sich aus den paar Teilen die gut aussehen, wenigstens etwas hübsches zusammenbasteln.

Und vermutlich hattest Du dort, genau wie hier, auf mindestens 10 Servern einen Char, natürlich nur auf den leeren... waren die eigentlich schon leer bevor Du dort warst? Das wäre doch hier auch mal eine interessante Statistik^^.

Da Du nie dort warst ist das ein Vorurteil, beurteilen könntest Du es nur wenn Du dort gewesen wärst. Wiki-Beiträge zu posten um anderen Usern Begrifflichkeiten zu erklären solltest Du vielleicht nur in Sprachen tun, die Du halbwegs fehlerfrei beherrschst.

Deine Spracherziehung ist kaum meine Aufgabe, aber ein kleiner Tipp: "Is alles kacke" und "so hab ich mir das aber nicht vorgestellt" zählt nicht dazu. So ging es mir übrigens mit Darkfall, da hatte ich nach 2 Monaten die Schnauze voll. Nein, ich habe hier schon so viele IT SPEZIALISTEN gelesen, dass mit derartige Erwähnungen wie die von dem Poster nur noch ein müdes Lächeln abringen können (IT-Brance vor 30 Jahren, da haben wir die Rechenschieber noch selbst geschnitzt). Mein Dackel hat auch 4 Semester BWL studiert aber dann abgebrochen und arbeitet heute als Heilpraktiker. Nein, bei Wiki kann genauso jeder Depp lustige Sachen schreiben wie hier, deswegen ist "Wikiwissen" auch so putzig. Qullen bedeutet eigentlich, offiziell von Menschen geschrieben, die sich damit auskennen, aber das englische Forum ist natürlich viel... ach ist ja eigentlich auch egal, hauptsache ihr amüsiert Euch hier gut, ihr zahlt ja immerhin 13 Euro im Monat dafür^^.
