    • In the Supplies section, you can buy some Mounts, Pets, and Armor Sets with them. These items used to be random drops from Eternal Throne Command Crates but are now sold on the vendors for tech fragments and some credits. If I remember correctly, there are also some decorations on Ossus that sell for tech fragments. Beyond that, the random gear vendor (also in Supplies section) sells Legendary Embers crafting mats and another two crafting mats required for 300 augments (forgot the names). You can slowly get the mats to make your own 300 augments this way, or you can just buy those and sell them on GTN for credits.
    • Really happy to see this contest return. I already submitted shots for a few planets but hopefully I'll come up with some more. As for the announcement, I first saw it on Twitter and then also noticed it on the forum sidebar. I was a bit surprised when this post came up on the dev tracker because my mind kinda went "wasn't this already announced yesterday" without realising that it had only been posted on other channels.
    • Bioware will never do something that removes the gear grind. A handful of people enjoy PvP (or PvE for that matter) enough to play it without a gear grind, but the vast majority are playing to upgrade their gear. Subs would drop even faster if they removed the gear grind. It would be much better to just give all tanks a free passive: "In PvP only, Defense Chance is also effective against force and tech damage." Alternatively, they could instead give tanks a free buff when in arenas/warzones that does the same thing.
    • Each new Star Wars movie, or content should have been an easy cash in for new planet content, Obviously it is a bit hard when its set thousands of years in the past,  but, that hasnt stopped star wars tie ins previously
    • Not really a fan of these new forums. They look both empty and cluttered at the same time. 1. Any chance you could kill the massive waste of space on the right side of the forums?  Announcements could be better suited to the TOP or BOTTOM of the forum and the rest is largely junk that could be done away with altogether. 2. Why is the "like" and "quote" buttons above the sig section? that seems like an odd formatting choice? 3. Also, couldn't help but notice the large chunk of text at the top of the Dev tracker that should be able to be hidden from posters regarding what is being tracked.   I think other players have adequately stated the rest of the problems with these new forums.
